A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Richard Sievers under and by virtue of Lease No. 16974 (Wellington Land Registry), are hereby taken for better utilization ; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a secondary school ; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1952.
