A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
14th day of July 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 32 perches.
Being Lot 18, D.P. 209, being part Whatapoko Block, and being
the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of
title, Volume 20, folio 275 (Gisborne Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Gisborne.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of
July 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 14th day of July 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 12·34
perches.
Being part Section 23.
Situated in Block XIII, Town of Dunedin (City of Dunedin),
(Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11590.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137538, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.
