Revocation of Appointment and Appointment of Transport Licensing Authority for No. 7 Transport District

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 87 of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby revokes the appointment of Clifford Lyle Bishop as District Licensing Authority for the No. 7 Transport District, made by Warrant dated the 27th day of September 1950*, and hereby appoints William Melville Will as District Licensing Authority for the No. 7 Transport District for a term commencing on the 27th day of June 1952 and expiring on the 9th day of August 1952.

to be Deputy Registrar at Blenheim of the Supreme Court of New Zealand and Deputy Sheriff for the purposes of the Judicature Act 1908; and Deputy Registrar of the Magistrate’s Court at Blenheim for the purposes of the Magistrate’s Courts Act 1947, on and from the 23rd day of June 1952.

to be an Inspector for the purposes of the Rabbit Nuisance Act 1928 and the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, on and from the 1st day of May 1952.

PURSUANT to regulation 19 of the Lemon Marketing Regulations 1946, I hereby fix the following prices per loose bushel to be paid by the Marketing Department for lemons delivered to the Department during the undermentioned period.
