Land Taken for Soil-conservation and River-control Purposes in Blocks II, III and IV, Clive Survey District, Block I, Kidnapper Survey District, and Block XVI, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil-conservation and river-control purposes, and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of July 1952.
