TAKE notice that Douglas Ian Wilson has applied to the Warden of the Otago Mining District at Cromwell for a licence for a water-race for half a head of water for domestic and irrigation purposes out of a spring in Champagne Gully on Run 221D, Leaning Rock District, held by C. R. Attfield, running westerly and southerly for 2,500 yards and terminating at the dwelling owned by the late Andrew McCrae Wilson.

The application No. 32/1952 will be heard at the Warden's Court at Cromwell on Tuesday, 8 July 1952, at 10 a.m., and objections must be filed and notified to the applicant at least three days before the date of hearing.
