NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—FORMER NIKAU DOMAIN

ALL that area situated in Block XII, Otamatea Survey District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres and 39·9 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment M 129, Parish of Oruawharo. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/731, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—PORT ALBERT DOMAIN

ALL those areas in the Rodney County, containing a total area of 19 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, being parts of Allotment 195, Oruawharo Parish, more particularly described as follows :—

All that area containing 19 acres 2 roods 9 perches, more or less, bounded towards the north-east generally by a public road, 1375 links and 883·5 links ; thence towards the south-east and south by another public road, 893 links, and by part of Allotment M 145, Oruawharo Parish, 915·2 links ; thence towards the west by parts of Allotments M 145 and N 145, Oruawharo Parish, 295·2 links ; and thence by a right line, bearing 11° 58′ distance 1334·7 links, to the public road first mentioned.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 30 perches, more or less, bounded towards the north-west and east by public roads, 375·7 links and 102·2 links, and towards the south by Lot 3 on D.P. 25826, being part of Allotment M 145, Oruawharo Parish, 367 links.

Also all that area containing 11 perches, more or less, bounded towards the west and north-west by public roads, 130 links, 19·2 links, and 5·6 links ; towards the north-east by Allotment 235, Oruawharo Parish, 149·7 links ; and towards the south by Lot 4 on D.P. 25826, being part of Allotment M 145, Oruawharo Parish, 77·5 links.

Be all the aforesaid admeasurements a little more or less : as the same are more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/781, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Recreation Reserve in Hawke’s Bay Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Petane War Memorial Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Waiau Pa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

Revoking the Reservation Over Reserves in Block X, Tiger Hill Survey District, Otago Land District

PURSUANT to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the reservation for racemen’s cottage-sites over the land described in the First Schedule hereto ; and hereby revokes the reservation for a public hall site over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto ; and hereby declares that the said lands being vested in the Crown, are Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.
