IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
In the matter of the Companies Act 1933, and in the matter
of APOLLO LIMITED (in voluntary liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 232 of the
Companies Act 1933, a general meeting of shareholders of
Apollo Limited will be held at 29 Octagon, Dunedin, on the 11th
day of July 1952, at 3 p.m., for the presentation of the liquidator’s
final statement of accounts showing how the winding-up has been
conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given, under the Public Works Act 1928,
that the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of
Upper Hutt require to take the land described in the Schedule hereto
for the purposes of a public work—namely, road widening. Notice
is hereby further given that a plan of the said land is open to inspection
by all persons, without fee, during office hours at the offices of the
Upper Hutt Borough Council, Upper Hutt.
All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set
forth in writing all well-grounded objections to the execution of such
public work or the taking of such land, and to send such writing,
within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to
the Town Clerk, Upper Hutt Borough Council, Upper Hutt.
