Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors, shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor-driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, to the persons described in Column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorize them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in Column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorize them, while they are under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy motor for any other purpose.

Notice Declaring West Harbour a Separate Borough for the Purposes of the Social Security Amendment Act 1941
Pursuant to section 2 of the Social Security Amendment Act 1941 (as amended by section 18 of the Social Security Amendment Act 1951) the Minister of Health hereby declares the Borough of West Harbour to be a separate borough for the purposes of the Social Security Amendment Act 1941.

The Hairdressers (Health) Regulations Extension Notice 1952
Pursuant to the Health Act 1920, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice as follows:-
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Hairdressers (Health) Regulations Extension Notice 1952.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1952. - The Hairdressers (Health) Regulations 1931* are hereby applied to the Manukau County.

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of May 1952, the undermentioned standard specification was amended by the Minister of Industries and Commerce by incorporation of the amendment shown hereunder:-

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Tauranga Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act.

All that area in the Waiairiki Maori Land Court District known as Ranginui No. 2 and situate in Blocks XI, XV, Tauranga Survey District, containing 9 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 376, folio 152 (Auckland Registry).

Pursuant to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act.

All that area of land in the Tokeroa Maori Land Court District, North Auckland Land Registry, containing 1,509 acres 2 roods 1 perch, more or less, being all of the land comprised in a Consolidation Order of the Maori Land Court made on the 8th day of May 1942, known as Waima A Block and situated in Blocks II and III, Waoku Survey District (being all the land formerly known as Waima South H Block and part of the land formerly known as Waima South A Block).

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Hokianga Development Scheme)
Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 9th day of January 1941, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 2 of the 16th day of January 1941, at page 61, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, were applied to, inter alia, the said land.
SCHEDULE
All that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District containing 1,460 acres 0 roods 1·4 perches, more or less, situate in Block II and III, Waoku Survey District, being part of the land known as Waima A Block, and being the land formerly known as the Waima South A Block and being the whole of the land comprised in Provisional Register, Volume 32, folio 93, North Auckland Registry.

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Te Araroa Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice made on the 12th day of February 1946, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 9 of the 14th day of February 1946, at page 232, whereby the land described in the Schedule hereto was declared to be subject to Part I of the said Act.
