PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 2 roods 32·9 perches.
Being part Allotment 124, Parish of Takapuna.
Situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36335.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137000, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
