Pitch, mineral, consigned exclusively for use in connection with the construction
or maintenance of roads which are under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Works
or duly constituted local bodies. Minimum quantity, 5 tons per consignment

boxes will not be accepted for carriage unless crated in tiers of three or
more trays or boxes

Plaster, packed in paper bags
(If packed in paper-bags, all loading and unloading (except from ship
to railway wagon) to be performed by owners. Any handling performed by
the Department (except from ship to railway wagon) will be under special
arrangement.)
