Pharmacy Industry

A. D. McIntosh, Paraparaumu Beach, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Poplar Avenue, Raumati South.

S. H. Price and C. B. Quay, New Plymouth, have applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Westown, New Plymouth.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

R. V. Cox, Spencerville, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on service-station premises at 346 Lower Styx Road, Spencerville.

J. R. Butler, Ahaura, West Coast, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on service-station and garage premises at Main Road, Ahaura, West Coast.

Car Renovations, Ltd., Invercargill, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on service-station and garage premises at corner Don and Kelvin Streets, Invercargill.

Miller and Blackburn, Mount Roskill, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at 1284 Dominion Road, Mount Roskill.

R. W. Allen, Linton, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at Linton.

Waitoki Hall Co., Ltd., Waitoki, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at Waitoki.

D. A. Pettigrew, corner Stafford and Sale Streets, Hokitika, has applied to take over a petrol licence for three pumps and sale of petrol in drums ex same premises from Paterson Michel and Co., Ltd.

Franklin Tractor Service, Ltd., Pukekohe, have applied for permission to change the retail selling point of their petrol pump from the present site to a new position outside premises in Massey Avenue, Pukekohe.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 17 April 1952, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry G.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.
