Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mangonui County, containing by admeasurement 672 acres 2 roods 39 perches, more or less, being Sections 31, 56, and 58, Block X, Takahue Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 4/22, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plans S.O. 24919 and S.O. 31651.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of March 1952.

Additional Land at Melling Taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-Napier Railway

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington-Napier railway.

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11431, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 4 acres 3 roods 7 perches.
Being part Lot 6, D.P. 386, being part Rural Sections 1503 and 1676, situated in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 528, folio 222 (Canterbury Land Registry).

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 18·5 perches. Being part Section 538 as the same is more particularly shown on the Deposited Plans 6922, A 1780, and B/11 in the Town of Wellington and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 401, folio 38 (Wellington Registry).

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 30·1 perches. Being part Lot 2, D.P. 16992, being portion of Allotment 13, Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 442, folio 111 (Auckland Land Registry). Situated in the Borough of Mount Eden.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewerage easement created by Transfer No. 29372 (Wellington Land Registry), for a city depot and workshops, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 roods 15 perches. Being part Section 841, Town of Palmerston North, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 109, folio 17 (Wellington Land Registry).
