NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder set forth :—

Application of the Teachers’ Leave of Absence Regulations 1951 to Teachers Employed in the Public Service
Office of the Public Service Commission,
Wellington, 28 February 1952.
PURSUANT to regulation 2 of the Teachers’ Leave of Absence Regulations 1951, the Public Service Commission hereby directs that the Teachers’ Leave of Absence Regulations 1951 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to art, crafts, and physical education teachers employed by the Department of Education, and to teachers employed in the following schools under the control of the Department of Education under the Education Act 1914 :—
(a) Maori schools and Chatham Island schools :
(b) The Correspondence School and the Technical Correspondence School :
(c) The schools for the deaf at Titirangi and Sumner :
(d) Any other schools for the time being under the control of the Department of Education.
In any case where, in respect of teachers not under the control of the Public Service Commission, any decision is reserved for a Board (within the meaning of the said regulations), that decision in respect of teachers employed in the Public Service shall be reserved for the Public Service Commission.
