A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
33 perches.
Being Lot 10, D.P. S520, being part Section 197, Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District, situated in the Borough of Waihi and
being part of the land comprised and described in certificate
of title, Volume 884, folio 148 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day
of February 1952.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic-telephone
exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 10th day of March 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 35·8 perches.

Situated in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District (Auckland

Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto,
together with the benefit of the right of way appurtenant thereto,
created in and by Transfer No. 397183, is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 10th day of March 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 28·58 perches.
Being Lots 19, 20, and 21, D.P. 30210, being part Allotments 58
and 101, Town of Hamilton West, situated in the City of
Hamilton, and being part of the land comprised and described
in certificate of title, Volume 847, folio 78 (Auckland Land
Registry).
