A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

All situated in Block VI, Maungakaretu Survey District. (S.O. 22199.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 136378, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
