Crown Land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District Set Apart for the Purposes of Part I of the Housing Act 1919

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 9 of the Housing Act 1919, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.

SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area situated in the Town of Clyde containing by admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Sections 467–473 inclusive, 637, 638, 641–643 inclusive, 651–657 inclusive, and 815–821 inclusive.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of February 1952.

Crown Land in the Nelson Land District Set Apart for the Purposes of Part I of the Housing Act 1919

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 9 of the Housing Act 1919, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area of land containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Lot 4 on plan No. 3961 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Nelson, and being part of Section 3, Block I, Ngakawau Survey District.

Also all that area of land containing by admeasurement 2 roods 29·1 perches, more or less, being Lots 16 and 17 on plan No. 4187 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Nelson and Lot 1 on Land Transfer plan No. 4543, being part Section 1a, Square 143, situated in Block I, Ngakawau Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on a plan marked 1/703, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Crown Land, Together With the Benefit of Certain Drainage Rights, Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Balclutha

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto together with the benefit of the drainage rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 157912 (Otago Land Registry) is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of February 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 23·6 perches.

Being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 7127, being also part Section 26, situated in Block XVII, Town of Balclutha, and being part of the land formerly comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 326, folio 170 (Otago Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Balclutha.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 0·2 perches.

Being Lot 437, D.P. 38385, being part Orakei 3F 1 Block, situated in the City of Auckland, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 978, folio 42 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of February 1952.
