Cement (packed in paper bags) ex-ship for stations beyond Christchurch, except stations Papanui, Addington, Hornby, inclusive 9s. 6d. per ton, including handling at Lyttelton. From Christchurch to destination the charges will be computed at the classified rate.
Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and nuts (ex-ship) grown and packed in N.Z. (including Cook Islands or Niue) 13s. 10d. per ton, including sorting at Christchurch.
Goods not ex-ship of Classes C and D, also Classes C and D subject to a percentage or other reduction 11s. 6d. per ton.
Christchurch Goods not ex-ship of Classes C and D, also Classes C and D subject to a percentage or other reduction, for stations beyond Christchurch 8s. 8d. per ton. From Christchurch to destination the charges will be computed on actual weight at the classified or local rates as the case may be. Small lots will be computed on the actual weight at the classified or local rates Lyttelton to destination station.
Goods not ex-ship of Class E Maximum charge, including handling, 11s. 6d. per ton.
Goods, not ex-ship of Classes E plus 25 per cent and E plus 50 per cent 11s. 6d. per ton.
Lyttelton Styx, Islington, Woolston, and intermediate stations Class N, ex-ship 13s. 1d. per ton, including unloading charges from ship. Minimum load per wagon as per reg. 77, General Scale of Charges. Any less quantity will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at 14s. 4d. per ton.
Stations Papanui, Addington Hornby inclusive Cement (packed in paper bags) ex-ship 17s. 6d. per ton, including handling at Lyttelton.
Addington or Riccarton Goods ex-ship of Classes E plus 25 per cent and E plus 50 per cent 13s. 1d. per ton.
Classes C and D, n.o.s., not ex-ship 16s. 2d.
Colfix, not ex-ship 14s. 7d. per ton.
Addington Classes C and D, direct ex-ship 14s. 5d. per ton. Charges to be computed on measurement at 40 cubic feet per ton, or on actual weight, whichever is greater.
Firestone Tyre and rubber Co.'s private siding at Papanui Classes C and D ex-ship, sorted at Christchurch 17s. 7d. per ton, including sorting. Charges to be computed on measurement at 40 cubic feet per ton, or on actual weight, whichever is greater.
