Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III
of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936
Pharmacy Industry
C. W. Clift, 143 Washington Avenue, Wellington, S.W. 1, has
applied for a licence to operate a pharmacy at 1029 Heretaunga
Street, Stortford Lodge, Hastings.
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
V. D. Percy, 35 King Street, Whakatane, has applied for a
licence to resell motor-spirit from two pumps to be installed on
service station and garage premises at 35 King Street, Whakatane.
Ross and Harris, Ltd., Maniapoto Street, Otorohanga, has
applied for permission to shift three pumps from their present
position at Maniapoto Street to a new site on the corner of Mania-
poto and Ranfurly Streets, Otorohanga.
W. F. Robinson, Greenhithe, has applied for a licence to resell
motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at
Greenhithe.
R. S. McLellan, Fortrose, has applied for permission to move
two pumps from existing site to a new site at the corner of Main
Invercargill Road and Tokanui Road, Fortrose.
K. L. Russ, Tahunanui, Nelson, has applied for a licence to
resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises
at Main Road, Tahunanui, Nelson.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on
these applications should, not later than 21 February, submit any
written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of
