Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment
Act 1936 (Hauraki Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act
1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the lands
described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the
said Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL that land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District
containing 57 acres and 20 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on
D.P. 33235, and being Part Te Paeroa la Block situated in Block IV,
Waitoa Survey District, and part of the land in C.T. Volume 465,
folio 20 (Auckland Registry).
