Additional Land at Frankton Junction Taken for a Road Diversion
in Connection With the Kaipara-Waikato Railway

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a road diversion in connection with the
Kaipara-Waikato railway.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 18·8 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 31655, being part Allotment 77, Pukete
Parish.

Situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, Waipa
County. (S.O. 35208.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11211, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon
coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day
of December 1951.

Milton

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 14th day of January 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood.
Being Lot 58, Block VII, Deeds Plan 6, being part Section 134,
Block XVII, Tokomairiro Survey District.

Situated in the Borough of Milton (L. and S. 6/3/56).

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
L.O. 11299, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to
be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
1 rood.
Being Section 19, Block XIV, Town of Invercargill.

Situated in Invercargill Hundred (City of Invercargill), (South-
land R.D.). (S.O. 5613.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121008, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto, together with the benefit of the easements appurtenant
thereto, created by Memoranda of Transfer Nos. 397290 and 397291,
Auckland Land Registry, to be Crown land subject to the Land
Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
18·2 perches.
Being the land in Proclamation No. 12426, being Lot 1, D.P. 32683,
being part of Allotment 11, Town of Whakatane, and being
the whole of the land formerly comprised and described in
certificate of title, Volume 844, folio 127 (Auckland Land
Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,

hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes
(postmaster's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 14th day of January 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods
16·06 perches.
Being Sections 13 and 14, Block XXII, Town of Ohakune.

Situated in Block V, Karioi Survey District (Borough of
Ohakune). (S.O. 15957.) (S.O. 22168.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135436, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.

38·8 perches.
Being Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, D.P. 15135, being part Rural Section 8767.

Situated in the Borough of Ashburton (Canterbury R.D.).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133057, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged green.
