Price Order No. 1324 (Amendment No. 4 of Price Order No. 1150)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1324, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1150* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

This Order shall come into force on the 20th day of December 1951.

Clause 5 of the principal Order as substituted by Price Order No. 1311† is hereby amended by inserting after the word “flour” wherever it appears, the words “or wheat meal”.

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1328, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1318* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

The Second Schedule to the principal Order is hereby amended by omitting the word “Hawera” wherever it appears.

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1325, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1226* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

This Order shall come into force on the 20th day of December 1951.

The principal Order is hereby amended as follows :—
(a) By inserting in clause 3 after the word “Cocoa” the words “(except Van Houten’s)”.
(b) By inserting in the Schedule thereto after the words “other varieties” the words “(except Van Houten’s)”.

Details: A depth charge dropped in above position failed to explode.
Vessels are warned not to anchor or trawl in the vicinity of the above positions.
