Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit.

T. C. Donald, Livingstone Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Livingstone Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland.

H. K. Waititi, Motatau, Bay of Islands, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on premises at Motatau, Bay of Islands.

J. C. Prescott, Settlement Road, Hikuai, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Settlement Road, Hikuai.

H. G. Gates, Patetonga, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Patetonga.

Khyber Pass Motors, Ltd., corner Carlton Gore Road and Clayton Street, Newmarket, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from two pumps to be installed on proposed garage and service station premises corner Carlton Gore Road and Clayton Street, Newmarket.

C. E. Heaphy and E. A. Warnes, Omoto Road, Greymouth, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit in drums from the depot of the Atlantic Union Oil Co., Ltd., Greymouth.

D. P. Patel, Parawera, has applied for permission to shift one pump from premises at Parawera to new premises situated approximately 100 yards farther along the road.

H. B. Clapham, Ltd., Palmerston North, has applied for permission to shift three pumps from their present position at 27 Queen Street, Palmerston North, to a new site on the south-eastern corner of Broadway and Victoria Avenue, Palmerston North.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 10 January 1951, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
