Vesting the Control of a Reserve for Recreation Purposes in the Automobile Association (Wairarapa) Incorporated

At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December 1951
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for recreation purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Automobile Association (Wairarapa) Incorporated:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 17 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests the control of the said reserve in the Automobile Association (Wairarapa) Incorporated.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 17 acres, more or less, being Lot 43 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 12843, being part Section 9 and part closed road, Block IX, Haurangi Survey District.

Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Lake Rotoroa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District containing by admeasurement 31 acres, more or less, being Section 2, Block II, Rotoroa Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/283A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.

Recreation Reserves in Taranaki Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserves for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Rotokare Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Rotokare Domain Board.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL those areas containing by admeasurement a total area of 34 acres and 24ยท2 perches, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10, as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at New Plymouth under No. 6647, and also Lot 1 as shown on a plan deposited as aforesaid under No. 6285, being part Sections 38 and 39 and Section 872, Grey District, situated in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 166, folio 28, Volume 166, folio 54, and Volume 168, folio 5 (Taranaki Registry).
Subject to a right-of-way created by Transfer No. 83457 over Lot 10, Deposited Plan 6647, appurtenant to Lot 8, Deposited Plan 6647, certificate of title, Volume 165, folio 86 (Taranaki Registry).
Subject to Order in Council No. 949 exempting Cowling Road from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, subject to a condition as to the building-line.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/230A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red, and also coloured yellow as to the area subject to the right-of-way.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Block XIX, Town of Taupo, South Auckland Land District

At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December 1951

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for municipal purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a public-school site:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) (a) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for municipal purposes to a reserve for a public-school site.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for a public cemetery:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for Rabbit Board buildings:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) (a) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a public cemetery to a reserve for Rabbit Board buildings.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for a public cemetery and is vested, in trust, in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipukurau:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Waipukurau County Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 10 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
