PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 32·09 perches.
