in his opinion is no longer required for that purpose shall be vested in His Majesty; and thereupon the school-site, or part thereof, as the case may be, shall vest in His Majesty freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date of the Proclamation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the said Act, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board, the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Nelson Education Board, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as sites for public schools, shall be vested in His Majesty the King, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 7, Village of Te Awaiiti, situated in Block V, Arapawa Survey District: Area, 10 acres and 1 perch, more or less. (S.O. plan 698.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a surfaceman’s cottage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes, and that an easement is hereby taken for defence purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, use, maintain, repair, and renew a line of cables along, under, or over the land described in the said Second Schedule; the aforesaid easement to be appurtenant to the land first described in the said First Schedule.
