Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Maketu Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice made on the 11th day of July 1932 and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 48 of the 14th day of July 1932, at page 1653, whereby the land known as Pukaingaturu B No. 24F, Section 2, containing 84 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more or less, situate in the Maketu Survey District, was declared to be subject to the provisions of section 522 of the Maori Land Act 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936).
