IT is hereby notified that unclaimed property in the hands of the police at Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Invercargill stations will, if not claimed before Saturday, 15 December 1951, be sold thereafter by public auction.

Particulars as to the time and place of sale may be obtained from the Superintendent or Inspector of Police in charge of the District.

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, Wallace County, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 2 on plan No. 3926, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Invercargill, being Section 23R and part of Section 23, Block III, Aparima Hundred, and being also part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 208 (Southland Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 210/35, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
