PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown Land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Collingwood County, containing by admeasurement 63 acres and 17 perches, more or less, and being Section 69, Block I, Waitapu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 99/12, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of November 1951.
