Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Wharekahika Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 31st day of January 1938 and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 7 of the 3rd day of February 1938 at page 162, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Wharekahika Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 17th day of July 1941 and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 60 of the 17th day of July 1941 at page 2168, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Mahia Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
THAT area of land situated in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District containing by admeasurement 64 acres 2 roods 13·2 perches, more or less, being part of the Mahanga 2y Block. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.A. 1/4/15, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
