Classification of Roads in Kaikoura County


PURSUANT to regulation 3 (5) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1950, the Minister of Transport doth hereby alter the Kaikoura County Council’s proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in the Kaikoura County, and doth hereby approve such altered classification as described in the said Schedule.

Classification of Roads in Opotiki County


PURSUANT to regulation 3 (5) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1950, the Minister of Transport doth hereby alter the Opotiki County Council’s proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Opotiki County, and doth hereby approve such altered classification as described in the said Schedule.

Registered Medical Practitioner Prohibited from Dealing in or Issuing Prescriptions for Dangerous Drugs


PURSUANT to the Dangerous Drugs Regulations 1928, the Minister of Health, being satisfied that Walter Granville Carew, a registered medical practitioner, has committed a breach of the terms of the licence deemed to be held by him under those regulations, and acting on the recommendation of the Medical Council, hereby revokes the licence deemed to be held by the said Walter Granville Carew under those regulations, and hereby prohibits the said Walter Granville Carew from issuing prescriptions for the dispensing of dangerous drugs.
