NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act 1936 of the making of regulations as under :—

Pharmacy Industry

C. B. Greenbank, 45 Atkin Avenue, Mission Bay, Auckland, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy corner of Hobson Drive and Tripoli Road, Tamaki, Auckland.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

Paekakariki Garage, Ltd., Paekakariki, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from three pumps to be installed on proposed service-station premises on Main North Highway, Paekakariki.

E. V. Cooper, Crossroads, Wimbledon, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Crossroads, Wimbledon.

M. I. Reeves, Brightwater, Nelson, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit in drums from an oil company depot at Port Nelson.

O. Bruce and P. J. C. Howell, Eskdale, Hawke’s Bay, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit in drums from a depot on their own transport business premises at Eskdale, Hawke’s Bay.

J. W. Parker, corner of Pollen and Cochrane Streets, Thames, has applied for permission to shift one pump from inside garage premises to the kerbside at premises corner of Pollen and Cochrane Streets, Thames.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 8 November 1951, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.
