A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 0·8 perches.

Being land below mean high-water mark.

Situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District (Borough of Helensville), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35755.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133697, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of October 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 6 acres 2 roods 30 perches.

Being part Lot 2, D.P. 27268, being part Allotment 245, Waimana Parish.

Situated in Block II, Whakatane Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35024.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135485, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Revoking a Proclamation Taking Land for the Purposes of the Erection of a Hospital for the Reception or Relief of Persons Requiring Medical or Surgical Treatment or Suffering from any Disease, Whether Infectious or Not, and of Requisite and Necessary Hospital Buildings, in the Borough of Alexandra

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 27th day of July 1949 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 44 of the 28th day of July 1949, at page 1590, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 5843, taking land for the purposes of the erection of a hospital for the reception or relief of persons requiring medical or surgical treatment or suffering from any disease, whether infectious or not, and of requisite and necessary hospital buildings, such land being no longer required.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1951.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Barratt Street (Extension) in the Borough of Blenheim, Subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of October 1951

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1948 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the Blenheim Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said proposed street within a distance of 33 ft. from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, to be known as Barratt Street (Extension), containing by admeasurement 1 rood 4·63 perches, more or less, being part Lot 12, D.P. 1569, and being part Allotment 53 of Section 2, District of Omaka. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135241, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of October 1951

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1948 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying-off of part Easter Crescent extension described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., and part Seaview Terrace extension described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 52·8 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said streets (except as to Lots 23 and 25, D.P. 4300) within a distance of 48 ft. from the centre-lines of the said streets.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, to be known as part of Easter Crescent extension, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 28 perches, more or less, being Lot 24, D.P. 4300, Township of Middleton Park and part Section 10, Ocean Beach District. Also that proposed street in the said land district and city to be known as part of Seaview Terrace extension, containing by admeasurement 2 perches, more or less, being part Section 10, Ocean Beach District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135447, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
