A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 23·6 perches. Adjoining Lots 28 and 29, Block I, D.P. 280, being part Run 301B. Situated in Block I, Manapouri Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 5889.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133303, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of February, 1951.

Revoking a Proclamation Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of Road in Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 3rd day of August, 1950, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 52 of the 10th day of the same month, at page 1561, allocating railway land to the purposes of a road in Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of February, 1951.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Setting Apart Crown Land and Land Held for Railway Purposes for a Gravel-pit in Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 3rd day of August, 1950, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 52 of the 10th day of the same month, at page 1561, setting apart Crown land and land held for railway purposes for a gravel-pit in Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, in so far as it affects the area of 1 acre 16 perches thirdly described in the Schedule thereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of February, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the South Island Main Trunk Railway.
