Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936 (Tuparoa Development Scheme)

P URSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby
revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto,
a certain notice dated the 22nd day of February 1940 and published
in New Zealand Gazette No. 16 of the 29th day of February 1940,
at page 335, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936 were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District
containing 2 roods, more or less, called or known as Ngawhakatutu
A 10AI, and situate in Block XVI, Mangaoparo Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936 (Te Wharau Development Scheme)

P URSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby
revokes so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto,
a certain notice dated the 9th day of July 1937, and published in
New Zealand Gazette No. 46 of the 15th day of July 1937, at
page 1641, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936 were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District
containing 231 acres, more or less, called or known as Ounuwhao
1A 6D, and situate in Blocks VIII and XII, Kaihu, and V and IX,
Maungaru Survey Districts.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936 (Taheke Development Scheme)

P URSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby
revokes, so far as it affects the lands described in the Schedule hereto,
a certain notice dated the 29th day of May 1933 and published
in New Zealand Gazette No. 46 of the 22nd day of June 1933, at
page 1657, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23
of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment
Act 1929 (now part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936)
were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

Price Order No. 1293 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 1210) (Paint)

P URSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce,
hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1293 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1210*
    (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
  2. This Order shall come into force on the 4th day of October 1951.
  3. The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking the Schedule thereto as set out in Price Order No. 1241† and substituting the
    Schedule to this Order.
