Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Technical School in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, and Block III, Punakitere Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a technical school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of September 1951.
