A PROCLAMATION
To the MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT elected to serve in the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES:
GREETING.
WHEREAS the General Assembly of New Zealand has been summoned to meet on the 4th day of October 1951: And whereas for certain causes and considerations I have thought fit to convene such meeting for a date earlier than the said date:
You are now hereby summoned to appear on Tuesday, the 25th day of September 1951, for the Despatch of Business, at 2.30 p.m., in the Parliament House in the City of Wellington, there to take into consideration the state and welfare of New Zealand and therein to do as may seem necessary.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of September 1951.
