Revoking Warrants Excluding Roads From Limitation as to Speed
and Excluding Roads from the Speed Limitation Imposed by the
Transport Act 1949, Section 36
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister
of Transport doth hereby revoke that portion of the Warrant
dated the 21st day of December 1936* which applies to portions of
roads within Pukekohe Borough, and doth hereby also revoke the
Warrant dated the 20th day of May 1941†, and doth hereby exclude
those portions of roads which are described in the Schedule hereto
from limitation as to speed imposed by the said section.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Pukekohe Borough :-
Drury-Waiuku-Kohekohe Main Highway No. 873 (all that
portion, commencing at its junction with Seddon Street
and terminating at the northern boundary of Pukekohe
Borough, also all that portion, commencing at a point
2 chains measured along the said main highway in a south-
westerly direction from its junction with Helvetia Road
and terminating at the western boundary of Pukekohe
Borough).

Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III
of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936
Pharmacy Industry
Mrs. D. P. B. Adams, 42 Cliff Road, Torbay, Auckland, has
applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Wharf Road,
Torbay, Auckland.
A. J. L. Brown, 37 Irvine Street, Mosgiel, has applied for a
licence to operate a new pharmacy at 454 George Street, Dunedin.
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
E. D. Shepherd and F. K. Apperley, Middle Road, Havelock
North, have applied for permission to shift one pump from its
present position at 10 Middle Road to a new site on the Havelock-
Hastings Road.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on
these applications should, not later than 27 September 1951,
submit any written evidence and representations they may desire
to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary,
