A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public domain described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of September, 1951.
