Land Taken for a Public School in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of September, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 222231 (Auckland Registry), for defence purposes.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 35·2 perches. Being Lot 109, D.P. 19613 (Town of Manurewa Extension No. 8, being part of Allotment 68, Manurewa Parish, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 787, folio 287 (Auckland Land Registry)).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of August, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of September, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood. Being Lot 68, D.P. 169, being also part Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 7, folio 113 (Hawke's Bay Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Waipukurau.
