A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 9 of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area situated in Block X, Belmont Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 6·6 perches, more or less, being Lot 9 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 9062, and being part Section 43, Hutt District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/4812/20B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revoking in Part a Proclamation Setting Apart Crown Land for Housing Purposes in Taranaki Land District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 9 of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto, the Proclamation dated the 16th day of December, 1949, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 78 of the 22nd day of the same month at page 2834, setting apart Crown land for the purposes of Part I of the Housing Act, 1919, the said land being no longer required for such purposes.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area situated in the Borough of Stratford containing one (1) acre three (3) roods sixteen (16) perches, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at New Plymouth under No. 6774, being Sections 812, 813, 814, 815, 850, 853, and part of Sections 851 and 852, Town of Stratford, and being portion of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 165, folio 58 (Taranaki Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered L. and S. 6/6/934, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto being land subject to the Housing Act, 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act, 1948.

ALL that area situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 30695, and being part Allotment 15 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1107/1/2, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
