A PROCLAMATION

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for Police purposes, is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes (pole-stacking site) ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of September, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart : 2 roods.
Being Section 48, Town of Kaikoura, and being part of the land in Proclamation 676 (Marlborough Registry).

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of September, 1951.
