NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations as under :—

Price Order No. 1280 (Bread)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1280 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1147* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 3rd day of September, 1951.
The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of clause 3, and substituting the following paragraphs :—

“ (a) In the case of a 2 lb. loaf by 1d. :
“ (b) In the case of a 4 lb. loaf by 2d. :
“ (c) In the case of other loaves by ½d. where the weight of the loaf is less than 1 lb. 8 oz., and by 1d. where the weight of the loaf is not less than 1 lb. 8 oz.”

Dated at Wellington, this 28th day of August, 1951.

Price Order No. 1281 (Flour)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1281 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1150* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
This Order shall come into force on the 3rd day of September, 1951.
The principal Order is hereby amended by omitting from subclause (1) of clause 3 the words “increased by 1¼d. per lb.”, and substituting the words “increased by ½d. per lb.”.

Dated at Wellington, this 28th day of August, 1951.
