A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of August, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 3 acres and 8·82 perches.

Being the land shown as streets and street widenings, coloured red on D.P. 6967, being part Section 1, Block XV, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District.

Situated in the City of Dunedin, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 339, folio 237 (Otago Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand and issued under the Seal of that Dominion this 14th day of August, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of August, 1951.
