Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL those areas in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 101 acres 3 roods 31 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks I, II, V, VI, and X, Gordon Survey District, being formerly roads closed by a Proclamation dated the 23rd day of March, 1950, published in New Zealand Gazette No. 19, 1950, page 364, and described as follows:—

As the same are more particularly delineated on plans Nos. 108/78, 108/79, 108/80, and 108/81, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 20 perches, more or less, situated in Block I, Waimea Survey District, being formerly road closed by a Proclamation dated the 16th day of March, 1950, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 17, 1950, page 304, and described as follows:—

Situated in Waimea Survey District.

As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 103/36, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all those areas in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 26·1 perches, more or less, being Sections 38 and 39, Block II, Gordon Survey District, and Sections 19 and 20, Block X, Gordon Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on plans Nos. 108/78 and 108/81, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of August, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SECOND SCHEDULE

ROAD CLOSED

Situated in Block VIII, Waiwera Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36521.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134327, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of August, 1951.

Stopping Government Road in Block XIV, Ruakaka Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre and 28·5 perches.

Adjoining Section 29.

Situated in Block XIV, Ruakaka Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36397.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134815, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1951.
