PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 33 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 4182, being also part Section 107, Block I, Paterson Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 169, folio 121 (Southland Land Registry).
