A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 15 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State forest purposes (residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 12 perches.
Being Section 19, Town of Ahaura, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 12, folio 145 (Westland Land Registry).

Situated in Block IV, Mawheranui Survey District.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for workers' dwellings and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otorohanga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August, 1951.
