(Edin.), D.P.H., relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director of Hygiene, Northern Military District, and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, The Royal N.Z. Army Medical Corps, with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, with seniority from 1st December, 1948. Dated 15th January, 1951.
