Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Kaitangata

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Being Section 12, Block XII, Town of Kaitangata, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 104, folio 57 (Otago Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of February, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February, 1951.

Being part of the land in Proclamation No. 12809, being part Lot 17, D.P. 6678, being part Allotment 46, Parish of Waikomiti.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133286, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of February, 1951.
