REVOCATION OF PROCLAMATION OF EMERGENCY AND
OF EMERGENCY REGULATIONS

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of
July, 1951

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Safety Conservation Act, 1932, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Proclamation of Emergency
made under the said Act on the 29th day of June, 1951,* and the
Waterfront Strike Emergency Regulations 1951, and the amendments
thereof†, and hereby declares that the revocation of the said
Proclamation and regulations shall not affect—

(a) The validity, invalidity, effect, or consequences of anything
already done or suffered; or
(b) Any existing status or capacity; or
(c) Any right, interest, title, or trust already acquired, accrued, or
established, or any remedy or proceeding in respect thereof.
