Land Taken for Sanitary Works in Block I, Waiopahu Survey District,
Horowhenua County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary works and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Levin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being
1 2 13·2 Part Section 22; coloured orange, edged orange.
12 2 8·4 Part Section 22 and part Section 24; coloured orange.

Situated in Block I, Waiopahu Survey District. (S.O. 22279.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134634, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of July, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 3·5 perches. Being Lot 7, D.P. 31743, being part Allotments 7, 8, 9, and 10, Section 19, City of Auckland, and land reclaimed from the sea, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 977, folio 58 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of July, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 32 perches.

Situated in Block V of the Belmont Survey District, being part of Section 62, Porirua District, and being also Lot 4 in D.P. No. 12953 (Town of Porirua East Extension No. 3), being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 523, folio 102 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of July, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 2·7 perches. Being Lot 1, D.P. 35525, being Allotment 16 of Section 43, City of Auckland, situated in the City of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 769, folio 261, and Volume 899, folio 87 (Auckland Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Canterbury as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10 acres and 36 perches.

Being part Rural Section 19215.

Situated in Blocks VI and VII, Hawkins Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8283.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134628, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
